5 lbs baby back ribs
Lawry salt
Pepper
2 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
2 onions, chopped finely
2 jalapenos, chopped finely
Garlic
Aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
• Season ribs thoroughly with Lawry’s salt and pepper.
• Julienne red, yellow, and green peppers.
• Rub with garlic thoroughly.
• Place 3 or 4 ribs in foil strip and place mixture of all vegetables on top.
• Fold foil over and seal. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
• To bake, preheat oven to 400° while ribs sit out at room temperature.
• Turn down oven to 300° and bake ribs for 8 hours.

An Oprah recipe, these ribs are fantastic! They are tender and fall off the bone. However, the
