1 lb Boneless skinless Chicken breasts
Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
Italian Bread Crumbs
Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Or you can also slice the chicken breasts in half if they are really big. Place a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the middle of each piece of chicken. Roll the chicken up around the cheese, you may need toothpicks to hold them in a roll. Now cover the outsides of chicken with Italian bread crumbs (crackers also work well crushed up). Place in a 9x13 baking dish or whatever size you need for all pieces. Cover with Italian dressing. Bake at 475 for approximately 45 minutes or until chicken looks done. You can also sprinkle a little cheese on top if you want.
