1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. table salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
(Spices above can be doubled for a spicier bread - I double my cinnamon - taste to see what you like)
1 2/3 cups flour
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup pumpkin purée (canned)
4 small loaf pans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients above in bowl in KItchenaid mixer (gently) or by hand until throughly mixed. Do not overmix or bread will be tough.
Bake for around 30 minutes. Check with toothpick in venter of loaf. If comes out clean it is done. If not, check every 5 minutes and write down your time here. Mine takes 32 minutes.
