4 (4-6 oz tilapia fillets
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tblsp minced green onions
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Place tilapia on nonstick foil. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, mayonnaise and green onions; spread evenly over fish. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, basil, oregano,salt and pepper, sprinkle over fish. Coate fish lightly with cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes, or until fish easily flakes with fork.
