2 Tblsp Dijon mustard
2 Tblsp melted margarine or butter
4 tsp honey
1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tsp chopped parsley
Four 4-6 oz salmon fillets, thawed if frozen
salt and pepper to taste
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mustard, margarine and honey; set aside. Do the same with bread crumbs, pecans and parsley. Season fillets with salt and pepper. Place on lightly greased baking sheet or broiling pan. Brush with mustard-honey mixture; pat tops with pecan-bread crumb mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
