4 pieces salmon 2 onions 2 Tbsp salt 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup vinegar 1 tsp black pepper pickling spices
Place all ingredients besides salmon in a pot. Fill pot with water. Boil. Once boiling add the salmon. Cook for 20 minutes. Turn off flame. Let cool. Place salmon and marinate in a container. Sit for at least 6 hours before serving.
