2 lbs ground turkey or dark chicken
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs

18 oz pastrami slices

Sauce
3 Tbsp oil
2/3 cup brown sugar
6 oz tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the ground turkey with the mixture ingredients. Put mixture at the end of a slice of pastrami. Roll it up. Place in a 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over the cigars. Bake for 1 hour covered on 350.
