Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
6 oz. semisweet chocolate—AT LEAST 60% COCOA
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
4 extra large eggs beaten well
1 Tablespoon AP flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preparing the pans is the hardest part of this recipe. Butter and lightly sugar the springform pan. Wrap pan in aluminum foil to try and prevent leaks. Heat water to boil in large pan in the oven...large enough to put the springform pan down into the "water bath".

Break chocolate into small chunks so you can melt easily in the microwave. Do not burn chocolate, stir to facilitate the melting. Add butter and melt.

Mix in sugar and beaten eggs and flour.

Put batter in prepared 9 inch springform pan. Put springform pan in the water bath.

Bake for 1 hour at 325º. (This is not particularly time sensitive due to the water bath. I left it in the oven once for 2 hours with no harm.)
