Dough:
2 t yeast
1/2 C warm water
1/2 C scalded milk
1/4 C sugar
1/3 C butter, melted
1 t salt
1 egg
4 C flour

Filling:
1/2 C butter melted
3/4 C sugar
1.5 T cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.

In bowl, combine milk, sugar, melted butter, salt and egg.

Add in 2 C flour and mix until nice and smooth.

Add yeast mixture and then mix in remaining flour until dough is easy to work with.

Knead dough on floured surface for about 5 minutes. Place in a large bowl that has been greased. Let rise until doubled in size.

Once dough has doubled, punch down and roll out on floured surface. Spread butter all over dough, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over dough. Roll it up and cut into 2 inch slices.

Place rolls on a baking hseet and pop into freezer. Then when frozen put into freezer bags.

When ready, thaw to room temp and let double in size. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
