1/2 package spaghetti noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 poung ground beef
1/4 C chopped onion
1/2 block cream cheese
2 T sour cream
1/2 C cottage cheese
1/3 C Parmesan cheese
1 C shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 8x8 pan
Boil noodles, drain, stir and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. Mix well, set aside.
Brown beef and onion. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and stir.
Mix noodles in with meat sauce.

Layer half the noodle mix in pan
Top with the paremesan cheese.
Layer on the cream cheese mix.
Top with last half of noodles/sauce mix.

Top with foil and freeze.

To cook, defrost, bake in oven for 350 degrees 30 minutes. Top with 1 C shredded cheese and cook for another 15 minutes.

Let cool for 15 minutes.
