1 small pot roast or beef chuck blade roast (approximately 3 1/2 lb.)
5 stalk celery, diced
2 potatoes, cubed
5 carrots, diced
1 - 10 oz. package frozen peas
1 large onion, chopped
1 - 64 oz. can V8 juice

Directions:
Directions:
In crock pot on low or medium, place meat, V-*, carrots, celery, and onions. Cook 6 hours. Then add potatoes and peas and cook one more hour. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove bone from meat and return meat to soup pot. Serve.
