1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. butter
8 mushrooms, chopped
1 medium red onion, clopped
12 eggs beaten
1 c. milk
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped and peeled
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, butter, and cheese in dish.

Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese.

Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
