Jam of choice
1 Pillsbury premade crust
raw brown sugar
egg yolk and 1 Tbsp water for brushing crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Place 1 crust on baking sheet
Spread jam in thin layer on crust leaving edges of crust clean
Place second crust on top and crimp edges together
Make fork hold across surface of tart.
Brush with 1 egg yolk beaten with 1
Tbsp water
Sprinkle with raw sugar
