1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla, 3/4 tsp lemon extract, 1/4 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and the extracts and beat well.

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together than add slowly to the sugar mixture and stir till well combined.

Chill for two hours.

Roll dough out on powdered sugar.

Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes until bottoms are light brown.

Cool on wire rack.
