Chili Sauce

Lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Pan fry the minced chicken until and set aside to cool
Stir the cooled chicken with the chili sauce

Pour the dressing (below) over the chicken mixture and stir.

Serve over lettuce

Fresh Chili
Fish Sauce
Lime Juice
Garlic
Lemongrass
Mint
Chinese Parsley
Spring Onion
Shallot, thinly sliced

Chop and combine chilies, garlic, spring onion, lemongrass, and shallots
Add fish sauce and lime juice
Add chopped mint and Chinese Parsley
