Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-6 cubed steaks
1½ cups of flour
½ teaspoon of Onion Powder
1 teaspoon of season salt
1-2 cups of Beef Stock
1 teaspoon Pepper
Butter
¼ cup of cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, Onion Powder, Seasoned salt, and pepper together. Set aside.

Add 1 Tablespoon of butter and 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil to a non stick skillet (I like to use an iron skillet when possible). Dredge each piece of meat into the flour mixture, shake excess flour off and place in the skillet with medium heat under it.

Fry each piece of steak on both sides just until the meat is browned, remove from pan and put on a plate. After all of the steaks have been browned and removed from the skillet, add about 2 Tablespoons of flour to the skillet and stir until the mixture is a medium brown color. If you need to add a little more butter or oil, that's fine.

Add 1 cup beef stock slowly and stir, using a whisk to get rid of any lumps. If this is too thick, add a little more stock to the mixture. This makes your gravy. Add cream slowly to the mixture, stir once more. Now bring the browned meat back into the pan. Put this into the oven for about 2 hours. The meat will be tender and delicious. Serve with your favorite sides.

Personal Notes:
This is my recipe. You can play with it by adding different spices, but I've found this to be pretty good the way it is. My favorite side is Mashed Potatoes and a nice tossed salad.
