Mango Stick Rice Recipe

Sticky Rice (can find near the 'regular' rice in large supermarkets)
Coconut Cream
Sugar
Sweet Mangos (Thai Honey Mangos if you can find them)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the rice overnight. Steam the rice for 20 minutes. Turn upside down and cook another 10 minutes.
Remove and put the rice in a big bowl. Add coconut cream and sugar. Mix well and cover at least 5 minutes. Meanwhile peel and slice the mangos.

To serve, spoon rice into a small bowl. Add mango on top. Add a small amount of coconut cream to taste.
