16 Red Peppers
16 Green Peppers
10 small Yellow Onions
Boiling Water
1 Quart of Apple Cider Vinegar
1½ cups of sugar
2½ teaspoons of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers into halves and remove seeds. Chop first 3 ingredients till fine, pour boiling water over them and let stand 5 minutes.
Drain off the water, again cover with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes.
Pour into a muslin bag and drain over night.
Add vinegar, sugar and salt and boil 20 minutes.
While hot, pour into sterile jars and seal.

This is my Grandma Curtis's famous pepper relish. I don't remember a lot about it growing up, but everything she made was good. Enjoy!
