2 small packages of Black Cherry Jell-O
2 cups of boiling water
1 small can of Blueberries, drained with Juice reserved in a bowl
1 can of crushed Pineapple, drained with juice reserved in a bowl

Topping:
1 8 ounce package of Cream Cheese softened
½ cup of sugar
1 cup of sour cream
½ cup of chopped Walnuts or Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Add boiling water to jell-o in a large bowl. Stir for 2 minutes until dissolved. Add one cup of combined pineapple and blueberry juice. Sit 30-40 minutes. Add the rest of the drained fruit.
Make the topping and spread on. Set Jell-o in fride for several hours or overnight. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top before serving.

The first time I tried this wonderful tasty dessert was at Thanksgiving 2017. It's my sister-in law Ann Bennett's recipe. We all loved it so much and will probably have it from now on for any holiday meal.
