Cranberry Nut Bread Recipe

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 - 10 oz. packages frozen strawberries, thawed, do not drain.
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Powdered sugar for topping (optional)

Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add liquid mixture to dry. Stir carefully just enough to blend all ingredients.

Fill two 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pans. Make for 55-60 minutes at 350. Cool loaves in pans. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
