Ingredients:  
Crust:

¾ cup margarine or butter, softened
One and ½ cups flour
½ cup nuts, chopped.

First Layer:

One 8½ cream cheese, sofrtened
One and ½ cups whipped cream

Second Layer:

Two packages instant pudding, lemon or chocolate
Three cups cold milk

Top:

Whipped cream, sprinkled with chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together crust ingredients and bake at 325º for 20 minutes. Cool.
Blend first layer ingredients; spread over crust and chill.
Whip 2nd layer pudding and milk. Layer over cream cheese layer.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
