1 package onion soup mix
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. reserved pineapple syrup
1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 lb. boneless sirloin, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 can pineapple chunks in syrup
16 cherry tomatoes
8 mushroom caps
1 green pepper cut in chunks

In a large bowl, combine soup mix, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, and pineapple syrup. add shrimp and meat and marinade for at least 2 hours. Thread shrimp, meat, pineapple, tomatoes, mushrooms, and green peppers on skewers. Cook on grill, turning once and basting with marinade until done.

Serve with rice, salad, and a roll.
