1 1/2 c. sugar
5 large eggs plus 5 yolks (not jumbo)
Another 1 c. sugar
4 c. milk
water

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 1/2 cups of sugar in sponge cake pan over medium heat to caramelize sugar, stirring constantly (do not burn). When melted, use the back of a spoon to coat the side of the pan with sugar.

Meanwhile, in a blender mix eggs and slowly add the 1 cup of sugar. Add one cup of milk at a time and mix well.

Heat water in a square pan. Insert flan pan in the water so water comes up only half way. Place mixture into flan pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. over temperature to 325º and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with Reynolds Wrap if the top browns too much.
