1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
3/4 c. green pepper strips
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. tapioca
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. green beans
2 c. canned tomatoes

Combine ingredients and place in tightly covered casserole. Bake at 350 for one hour and 10 minutes.
