1 1/2 tsp .Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Ground Ginger
2 tsp. Powdered Mustard
2 Tbsp. Molasses
1/3 Cup Veg. Oil
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 to 2 pds. Lean Steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl with lid.
Trim fat and slice steak into aprox. 1/8th inch slices.
Place steak in Marinade in the morning and refrigerate 5 to 8 hours or till ready to cook.
Best cooked on hot grill aprox. 2 min. per side but may be cooked in hot oiled frying pan 1 to 2 min. per side.
