Medium sized cukes, washed and sliced into 1 to 1 1/2" chunks
Four sterilized quart jars
Three to four onion slices per jar
Two pieces celery per jar
Two to three heads of dill per jar

Syrup: Four cups sugar, cup pickling salt
One quart cider vinegar
Two cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat syrup ingredients to boiling.
pour boiling hot over cukes in jars to inch from top of jar and seal.
Store in cool, dark place for two to three weeks before eating.
