"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

o Add the fish balls if desired.
o Once the meatballs are done, add the bok choy and noodles. Remove from heat.
o Cover the pot off the heat and let the flavors combine; stir once or twice.

o Pour into small bowls and top with bean sprouts and a lime wedge.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a super easy soup, and Christina enjoyed helping to make it when she was little. This soup can be customised so children can add what they like and take out what they don't like. There are no measurements in the original recipe. Add all ingredients to taste.
