Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 eggs beaten
2 cups soft bread crumbs [ 4 or 5 slices ]
1 can of salmon. [ remove skin and round bones ]
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order and put into 9 X 9 cass. dish.
Bake in 325 deg oven for 1 hour.

Can salmon bones and skin are edible. Removing some or all is optional.
