Ingredients:  
Three to four English cucumbers, sliced paper thin
One mild onion, sliced very thin.

Dressing: One cup rice or mild wine vinegar, one cup water, salt and pepper to taste
⅓ cup sugar, three to four tablespoons chopped, fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pour dressing over cucumbers and chill for one-half hour.
Crispy and refreshing!
