⅔ C Cocoa 3 C Sugar ⅛ tsp salt 1½ C milk ¼ C butter 1 tsp vanilla
In Sauce pan combine sugar, cocoa, salt & milk. Bring to boil stirring continuously. Reduce heat & continue to simmer until mixture reaches softball stage Remove from heat, add butter & vanilla Sit pot in cold water bath & stir until mixture thickens. Pour into buttered dish & refrigerate
