3 packages frozen coconut
2 8 oz. cartons sour cream
1 ½ cups sugar

Your favorite yellow cake mix (usually calls for eggs and vegetable oil)

Mix and refrigerate coconut mixture 24 hours. Stir when passing the "fridge"


Mix and cook your favorite yellow cake mix. When baked, split into 3 layers. Set aside 1 12 cups coconut mixture for icing top and sides. Spread coconut mixture that is left between each layer. Now do top and sides.
