2 c. sugar
1 lb. butter
1/2 c. water

To cover:
Chocolate chips
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all on medium heat for 10 minutes until boiling. Then, increase heat to high and cook until temperature reaches 260º with a candy thermometer. Once reached, switch to low heat and cook until temperature reaches 300º. Pour into 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan or something with an edge. Cover with chocolate chips and chopped pecans. Cool overnight. Cut into pieces.
