1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c oleo
1/2 c. coconut
1 large can of sliced peaches
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Brown coconut. Mix dry ingredients and put in a 9 x 13" pan. Bake 10-12 minutest 350º. Arrange peaches in rows over baked cake. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over baked cake. Mix egg and sour cream and spread over all. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
