2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup bread crumbs or corn flakes
2 eggs
1 t salt
2 T fat melted
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix grated carrots with breadcrumbs. Beat eggs until light and add them to salt fat and milk. Pour this over carrots and bread crumbs and mix well.

Bake at 250 for over 35 minutes

This card is taped and missing a corner which would tell me that grandma made a lot. You see grandpa had his garden which was full of fresh carrots. YUM!
