2 sticks butter
8-10 oz (I use 10) extra sharp cheese-grated
1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper
2 cups plain flour

Mix all together, work until dough is firm and hard.

Directions:
Directions:
Divide into 3-4 parts.
Roll each part about the size of a quarter.
Roll log into wax paper and refrigerate.

You can wait several days to cook. Wait at least 4-5 hours before cooking.

Leave in fridge until ready to cook.

Slice very thin (the thinner the better)

Cook 300 for 12 or so minutes.
