Ingredients:  
2 cans asparagus, drained and whole
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 T flour
2 C milk
1/2 t salt
1 C cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Place half of asp. in a large casserole
Add half the eggs. Repete and layer
Melt 2 T butter in a saucepan, stir in flour.
Add milk slowly until thickened
Pour white sauce over asp. mixture
Cover with crumbs. Dot with 4 T butter
Makes 8 servings
