2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, skinless, cut in thin strips
2 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper cut into strips
1 small onions, sliced
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. oil
1 - 8 oz. container soft cream cheese with herbs and garlic
16 - 6 inch flour tortillas, warmed

Directions:
Saute self of chicken in two tbsp. of oil in large skillet. Remove chicken, reserving oil in skillet. Saute remaining chicken in reserved oil. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Saute peppers, onions, garlic in 1 tbsp. oil in same skillet. Add to chicken, mix lightly. Spread approximately 1 tbsp. cream cheeses onto each tortilla. Place 1/2 c. chicken mixture into center of each tortilla, roll up. Serve with salsa as desired.
