Ingredients:  
Eight to 10 graded medium size potatoes
¼ cup flour
One egg
One large, chopped onion
½ package bacon, diced
½ package bacon, sliced
One slice bacon for each slice of pie

Directions:
Directions:
Grease sides and bottom of a large, heavy skillet.
Grate potatoes.
Add flour, egg, onion and chopped bacon.
Put mixture in skillet.
Top with strips of bacon.
Bake one hour at 400º or until pie is browned with crispy crust.
Serve with salad and enjoy!
