2 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup red food coloring
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp white vinegar
2 large eggs

Directions:

Sift together flour, baking soda, cocoa

Cream: oil and sugar, add 1 egg at the time.

Mix milk, vinegar and vanilla and add to wet mixture.

Mix together dry ingredients and milk mixture alternatively.

Add red food coloring.


Bake 350 about 20 minutes
Makes 3 layers

1 1/3 stick butter, softened
10 oz cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together and beat until fluffy.
Then add nuts.
