cup butter
cup sugar
cup brown sugar
1 egg
⅛ cup peanut butter
teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon salt
teaspoon vanilla
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
1 chocolate chips

Drizzle:
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Blend together with egg, peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla. Stir in rolled oats and flour. Spread into a 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from over and sprinkle chocolate chips all over the bars. When melted, spread over the top.

In a bowl, combine the drizzle ingredients with enough milk to form a drizzle. Drizzle over the top of the melted chocolate chips.
