2-8oz packs cream cheese, room temp
1 medium white onion
2 tbs mayonnaise (maybe more)
Directions:
Directions:
Grate onion so fine the juice runs out (almost soupy)
Add that to cream cheese
Mix with hand mixer until blended
Add Mayo-as much as need to thin out to correct consistency
Salt & Pepper to taste

This is a favorite for the Bradleys on the 4th of July and Christmas Eve celebrations. It wasn't the holidays until Grandmother made onion dip!
