2 tomatoes chopped
6 fresh basil leaves chiffonade
c, olive oil
1-2 t. balsamic vinegar
2 cloves of garlic minced
kosher salt to taste

baguette sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced baguette on baking sheet and broil 2 minutes on each side.

In a bowl combine the tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar and salt. Toss well.

Arrange toasted baguette slices on a serving platter and spoon the tomatoes on top dividing evenly. Serve at once.
