Ingredients:  
1 chicken cut up or breasts work ok
1 can chicken & rice soup
minute rice to add to pan 1 cup?
saltpepper to taste
oil for pan
cut up onion

Directions:
Directions:
fry chicken in large pan with oil.
when brown, remove chicken and cook onion in the pan.

return chicken to pan and add soup and a little water
then add enough rice to whole thing.
sprinkle with salt and pepper

simmer for about 1/2 hour with cover on it
