1¾ c. flour
2 t. sugar
1 t. salt
1½ t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
2 well beaten eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2-4 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour. Measure. Sift with sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Beat eggs, then mix with buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients with a few quick strokes. Add melted mutter. Mix ingredients will with as few strokes as possible. Batter will be lumpy. Bake on hot griddle. 20 4" pancakes.
