2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup Coconut
Cup Chopped Nuts
1- Cups Butter + 2 TBSP Butter
4 TBSP Cocoa
Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 TBSP Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 TBSP Milk
6 oz. package of Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer - Mex Gram Cracker Crumbs, Coconut and Chopped Nuts. Set aside.
Melt 1 cup of butter, Cocoa, cup Sugar, Egg, and Vanilla.
Stir all together and press into the bottom of a 9X13 pan.

2nd Layer - Mix 1 cube of Butter with 2 cups Powdered Sugar, and the INSTANT Vanilla Pudding Mix, and Milk. Spread over the crumb mixture.

3rd Layer - Melt Chocolate Chips and 2 TBSP Butter. Spread over mixture.

Cut into squares. Keep chilled

I have never really known the correct name for this recipe, but a work friend (Heidi Barratt) used to bring these to us for Christmas. Oh MY! They are so good!
