10 or so browned Italian style meatballs
2 cups beef broth
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp parsley
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp basil
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1-2 tsp. corn starch
Wide egg noodles
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan heat the meatballs and beef broth. Add the seasonings and simmer for 30-60 minutes until meatballs are tender. Remove the meatballs from the heat and cool a bit. Make a slurry with the cream and cornstarch. Stir the slurry into the meatballs. Cook until thickened. Add the sour cream and stir until combined. Serve over wide egg noodles which have been cooked according to package directions. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
