1 can corn, drained
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
1 package of Taco Seasoning
1 small onion
1 lb of hamburger
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion. Add to remaining ingredients in a stock pot and simmer for 20 min. Can also cook on low in a Crock Pot for 6 hours or an Instant Pot on soup setting for 10 minutes.
