3 cups celery
1 1/2 cups onion
1 cup butter
1 bag stuffing mix
1 loaf white bread
2 tablespoon parsley
3 teas salt
2 teas sage
1/2 teas pepper
1 1/2 teas poultry seasoning
1 to 2 cups broth from cooked giblets

Directions:
The proper way to thaw a turkey is to put it in refrigerator with a pan on
Sunday before thanksgiving. On Wednesday night, you will wash the turkey and remove
the bag and neck from inside and put in a pot of water with 1 bay leaf. c ook this for 1 to 1/2 hours
then refrigerate till morning. you will use this broth for stuffing.

Put the Macys Day parade on, then at this time you will cut up celery and onion, melt butter in pan
and add vegetables to butter and cook low till soft and brown. Get a large bowl and put stuffing mix,
cut up bread , add seasonings to it and add butter vegetables to big bowl and toss with broth you have
cooked. Then you stuff your turkey

Put turkey in a cooking bag and seal, Oven at 325 20 lb turkey cooks about 5 hours cut into thigh
to see if its done
