"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich
This recipe for 3 Ingredient Chicken Tacos, by LeeAnn Egger, is from The Egger Family Recipes,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
1 (16 ounce) jar of salsa (I use Pace) 1 package of Chicken Taco Seasoning 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
1. Mix together the jar of salsa and taco seasoning until well blended. 2. Place 3-4 chicken breasts in your slow cooker with the mixture. I like to trim the fat off of the chicken first. 3. Cover and cook on HIGH for about 4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours. 4. Shred chicken.
