1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
4 TBSP flour
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
2 c. milk
1 sm. can cream


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in a heavy saucepan and cook until thick. Stir often to keep from sticking

Pour into cooked pie shell.


Meringue

Beat egg whites with mixer

Slowly add about 4 TBSP sugar
Add about 1/2 to 1 tsp of cream of tartar.

Beat until it forms stiff peaks.
Spread on top of chocolate pie filling and bake until lightly golden brown in 350 oven
